Frank Patalano

In 2004, my wife and I were both working two jobs. 
It was 7 days a week for me and 6 days a week for her. We were not getting ahead financially.

Over time, I learned about Real Estate investing. 

First, I started out with single family and small multifamily homes. It was slow and steady with a lot of work dealing with tenant issues. This was while working two jobs.

Today, we spend most of our time looking for new opportunities to put our own money into and help others invest as well.
